Radford City Schools are fully accredited, boasting technology-rich instruction, a 1:1 computer initiative for students in grades 3-12, advanced and dual enrollment placement coursework at the high school level, a strong on-time graduation rate (97%), and outstanding athletic/extracurricular opportunities for its students. RCPS partners with local businesses and its three nearby institutes of higher learning (Radford University, Virginia Tech, and New River Community College) to bring rich and deep learning experiences to our students. We are innovative and are constantly striving to bring to our rural area learning experiences that will enrich our students and help make them competitive with students from across the state and country. We share our ideas and resources with neighboring counties to help enrich students throughout southwest Virginia.
